Title 18, U.S.C., Section 1590 - Trafficking with Respect to Peonage, Slavery, Involuntary Servitude, or Forced Labor

This statute prohibits the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision or obtaining a person for labor or services in violation of a servitude or trafficking offense.

Punishment varies from a fine to imprisonment for any term of years or life, or both.
