Title 18, U.S.C., Section 2421 - Transportation for Illegal Sexual Activity

This statute prohibits the transportation of a person in interstate or foreign commerce with the intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense.

Punishment varies from a fine to imprisonment of up to ten years, or both.
