Title 18, U.S.C., Section 2422 - Coercion and Enticement

This statute makes it unlawful to induce or coerce any person to travel in interstate commerce to engage in prostitution.

Punishment varies from a fine to imprisonment of up to twenty years, or both. If the mail or any other means of interstate commerce is used for the enticement, the punishment varies from a fine and imprisonment of between five years and thirty years.
