Title 18, U.S.C., Section 2423 (a) - Transportation with Intent to Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity

This statute prohibits the transportation of a person ( under the age of eighteen years) in interstate or foreign commerce with the intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense.

Punishment varies from a fine and imprisonment of between five years and thirty years.
